Manufacturing Process

• All the Raw Material are tested – graded – stored in their respective silos.
• They are measured and conveyed in a programmed sequence into a batch mixer.
• The mixture is poured into moulds and allowed to rise and set, trimmed and cut to shape and size.
• They are then loaded into autoclaves and are steamed upto 12 hours as required.
• They are then unloaded, palletized and sent for dispatch.

The process is pollution free with the only by product being steam, along with this the usage of Fly Ash in the process helps in recycling the hazardous industrial waste.
